Regenerative Therapies.
In general terms, regenerative therapies use biological materials such as stem cells, platelets, or growth factors to trigger the body’s natural healing processes.
THIS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED TO YOU UNDER TENNESSEE LAW. This physician performs one (1) or more stem cell or regenerative medicine therapies that have not yet been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care provider before undergoing any stem cell or regenerative medicine therapy.
Effective July 1, 2026, Tennessee implemented new legislation that establishes patient protections and physician oversight for regenerative medicine. The physicians at Next Level Health are proud to be practicing within this updated safety infrastructure (specifically but not limited to – FDA-registered sourcing, physician-led, sourcing and quality standards, written informed consent).
Although some patients report symptom relief from biological and regenerative therapies, outcomes can vary. Research on the efficacy of these therapies is ongoing and more large-scale studies are needed before conclusions and recommendations are available. Biological and regenerative therapies are not FDA-approved. Patients should consult their primary care provider before proceeding.
